The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a charming part of the city near to centre and the bridge and the old town. Rooms with good sound proofing. The early check-in too.

It's romantic hotel with extremely friendly staff and stable internet. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. Restaurant was fabulous and clean. The location was particularly good, at walking distance from Market Square. Service was outstanding too.

Traditional decor, modern staff, wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast at the basement was enjoyable, and the fee was usd 16 per person per day. Friendly check in and helpful service throughout my stay. Spotless and quiet hotel in Altstadt district.

easy walk to goldener stern, where you can have lunch. lovely beds in the rooms. it is very well located in heidelberg, but also in a quiet street. everything was amazing, no complains at all.

The hotel was situated so close to the Hirschgasse bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. Altstadt was about 10 minutes walk. Weisser Bock, where you can eat, is a short walk to the venue: D
